IT SULTAN LLC TALENT NETWORK
Talent Network Terms & Candidate Consent
Professional terms for employment candidates, independent contractors and freelancers seeking consideration for IT SULTAN LLC opportunities.
READ BEFORE SUBMITTING
Please read these terms carefully
Effective date: September 18, 2026. These Terms should be read together with the applicable privacy notice and any later written offer or engagement agreement.
1. Purpose and scope
These Talent Network Terms apply to every person who submits information to IT SULTAN LLC for possible employment, independent-contractor, freelance, temporary, part-time, full-time or project-based opportunities. Joining the Talent Network creates no employment, agency, partnership or contractor relationship. Any actual engagement begins only after IT SULTAN LLC and the candidate sign the applicable written offer or engagement agreement.
2. Accurate and complete information
The candidate confirms that all information in the application, CV, portfolio, references, credentials, work samples and future submissions is true, complete and not misleading. The candidate must promptly correct material changes or errors. False statements, omitted material facts, fabricated experience or altered documents may result in rejection, withdrawal of an offer, removal from the Talent Network or termination of an engagement, subject to applicable law.
3. Verification and references
The candidate authorizes IT SULTAN LLC to verify education, certifications, identity, professional history and information reasonably relevant to an opportunity. The candidate also authorizes contact with references, former employers and former clients identified by the candidate or otherwise lawfully available. Any legally required separate authorization or disclosure will be obtained before a regulated background check.
4. No guarantee of work
Submitting the form, CV or work samples does not guarantee an interview, job, project, freelance assignment, minimum workload or future compensation. Selection depends on client needs, technical fit, availability, verification, performance, legal eligibility, budget and final approval by IT SULTAN LLC and, where applicable, its client.
5. Additional information and documentation
The candidate agrees to provide additional lawful information or documents reasonably needed to assess qualifications, identity, work authorization, payment setup, tax status, security requirements, references or client eligibility. IT SULTAN LLC may pause or end consideration if requested information is not provided within a reasonable period.
6. Skills verification and assessments
IT SULTAN LLC may request interviews, portfolio specimens, references, technical discussions, a limited skills test or a short sample exercise relevant to a specific role or technology. Evaluation exercises will not be used as unpaid commercial deliverables. Any substantial, production-ready or commercially usable trial assignment will require separate written terms, including compensation where appropriate.
7. Offers, classification and project terms
An opportunity may be offered as employment, independent contracting, freelancing or another lawful arrangement. The written offer will identify the applicable classification, scope, deliverables, schedule, reporting line, compensation, payment milestones, confidentiality, intellectual-property obligations and other project-specific terms. Candidates must review and accept those terms before beginning work.
8. Fees, deductions and taxes
IT SULTAN LLC does not charge a person merely to submit an application or join the Talent Network. Any lawful contractor service fee, platform fee, payment-processing cost or project-specific administrative deduction will be disclosed in the written project offer before acceptance. Independent contractors and freelancers remain responsible for their own taxes, insurance, registrations and business obligations unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
9. Deadlines, communication and performance
After accepting an assignment, the professional must perform the agreed work competently, communicate progress honestly, follow approved instructions and deliver within the agreed schedule. A foreseeable delay, blocker, conflict or inability to perform must be reported promptly. The professional may not accept work while knowingly lacking the availability, capability or resources reasonably required to complete it.
10. Quality concerns, rework and non-performance
If work does not meet the written requirements, IT SULTAN LLC may document the issue, request reasonable corrections or rework, establish a cure plan, adjust responsibilities, reassign the work, suspend access or terminate the assignment. Milestone payment adjustments, withholding, replacement costs, damages or other remedies apply only where permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law; IT SULTAN LLC will not impose arbitrary penalties.
11. Confidentiality, security and client property
Candidates and engaged professionals must protect confidential information, credentials, systems, source code, personal data and client materials. Access may be used only for authorized work and must be returned or deleted when requested. Security incidents, accidental disclosures and suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
12. Intellectual property and portfolio use
Unless the final signed agreement expressly states otherwise, completed work, deliverables, source files, documentation and other materials produced for an IT SULTAN LLC engagement belong to IT SULTAN LLC or its client. A professional may display or describe the work in a portfolio, website, résumé, social-media profile or LinkedIn only after receiving prior written approval and must provide visible credit to IT SULTAN LLC with a link to https://www.itsultan.tech when instructed.
13. Candidate presentation and publicity
By accepting these Terms, the candidate authorizes IT SULTAN LLC to share the candidate’s application, CV, professional profile and relevant approved work samples privately with prospective clients or decision-makers for opportunity evaluation. Public use of the candidate’s name, photograph, biography, testimonial or work samples for marketing requires separate consent or other documented authorization identifying the intended use.
14. Professional conduct and client relationships
Candidates and professionals must communicate respectfully, avoid harassment and discrimination, disclose material conflicts of interest and comply with lawful client policies. They may not bypass IT SULTAN LLC to solicit or contract directly with an introduced client when prohibited by a signed agreement, misuse client contacts or make unauthorized commitments on behalf of IT SULTAN LLC.
15. Privacy, retention and withdrawal
IT SULTAN LLC may retain application information for recruitment, matching, compliance and recordkeeping consistent with its privacy practices and applicable law. Candidates may request correction or withdrawal from future consideration, subject to records that must be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons.
16. Controlling agreement and updates
These Terms govern Talent Network participation and preliminary evaluation. A final signed employment agreement, contractor agreement, statement of work or project offer controls the actual engagement and prevails if it conflicts with these Terms. IT SULTAN LLC may update these Terms prospectively; the version accepted and timestamp are recorded with each submission.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Consent is recorded with the application
By selecting the required agreement checkbox and submitting the Talent Network form, the candidate confirms that these Terms were available to read, that the candidate understands them, and that the recorded version and submission timestamp may be retained as evidence of consent.
